Social Functions & Additional Tickets

The Welcome Reception is included for all full congress registrations. It is not included on single day registrations.

Congress dinner is an additional charge for all registration types.

All tickets including inclusive Welcome Reception tickets must be added to your registration at the time of registering and are subject to availability.

Registration Information

Registration fees are based on date of payment being received, not the date the registration form is received.

Entitlements

Access to all program sessions on all days unless you have registered for specific day(s).
Welcome Reception ticket. Tickets must be added at the time of registering and are subject to availability.

Note: Tickets to the Congress dinner will be charged separately.

Early Bird Rate

To qualify for early bird registration, registration fees must be received by February 21, 2025.

Standard Rate

To qualify for standard rate, registration fees must be received by June 24, 2025.

Late Rate

Any registration fees received from June 25, 2025 will be charged the Late rate.

Member Rates

To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of IOA (International Orthoptic Association) or a member of a home country orthoptic association. All member associations can be found here.

Student Rates

The Student Rate applies to those delegates that are Full time students at the time of registering and the Congress period. You will need to upload your student card at the time of registering and bring it with you to the conference.
